CASE STUDY
Patient Care
This design centers around an intuitive dashboard that allows care providers the ability to easily schedule appointments, track medications, and receive reminders. The app offers efficient tools for monitoring patient health, setting up personalized care plans, and streamlining communication with patients. By emphasizing accessibility, clarity, and ease of navigation, I designed the app to support care givers in managing their patients while enhancing the overall care coordination process, leading to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Discovery.
I was contracted by Tuesday Health to partner with them as their dedicated user experience design resource. Much of the discovery legwork was already completed before I was brought in. So after several calls with the lead product manager and lead developer, I was brought up to speed on the problem space, the users, and the overall business objectives. A Word document was provided to me as stand-in for the user journey on which to base my design thinking.
Wireframing.
Wireframing is a crucial step in UX design, serving as the blueprint for a digital product’s structure and functionality. By creating a visual guide that outlines the layout and placement of elements, designers can focus on the fundamental user journey without the distraction of detailed visuals or aesthetics. This process helps to clarify how users will interact with different parts of the interface and ensures that essential elements like navigation, content, and functionality are thoughtfully positioned.
The solution, and the iterative process.
This project is very much still a work in progress. We are working in sprints. The MVP has been very successful among our user group. As the features grow, and the product evolves, I stay at the forefront of the care providers’ needs through calls and focus group discussions.
